Our Youth Programmes are designed to empower young people by giving them a voice and creating a platform where their ideas are heard and valued. Through engaging activities and events, we help them build confidence, meet new friends, and develop the skills to shape their future. These programmes encourage creativity, connection, and positive change within their communities.

Aimed at secondary school pupils, the programme lifts children's personal aspirations through sport and as well as journaling exercises for wellbeing and resilience.
Students can opt to gain credits. Those who complete the sessions and work through the journal will gain an accredited Level One certificate, which can be used as credits towards other qualifications.
Parent Power is running these sessions during half-term. Please get in touch if you would like to run the programme at your school, spots club or to sign your child up.
