Bianca Sapara-Grant is the founder and CEO of Parent Power, an organisation dedicated to supporting families and training professionals to deliver effective services. With over 20 years of experience, Bianca has worked in various sectors, including education, health, voluntary, and social services. Her roles have included Literacy and Family Learning Tutor, Parent Support Practitioner, and Domestic Abuse Training and Awareness Officer. She holds qualifications such as a PGCE in Literacy, certification in Positive Parenting, and is a certified NHS Mental Health First Aid Youth Instructor.Bianca has designed and delivered several training programmes for families and professionals, with a particular focus on vulnerable and marginalised communities. Her work is based on evidence-based research, ensuring that resources are regularly updated to reflect the latest developments in child development and best practices. Parent Power's resources are utilised by UK local authorities, schools, the NHS, and the fostering sector. Additionally, Bianca coordinated the Hunger Programme, a UK government initiative aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles among vulnerable children and families.

Moses is a single father of three boys, and is passionate about parenting, education and men's health. With over 30 years' commercial experience in global marketing, sales and public relations, Moses recently made the career switch to become a London secondary school science teacher. Moses also serves the community as a Parent Governor, Community Health volunteer and Church leader. He leads the Dad's Forum.

Rebecca is an a Neonatal nurse.
Working to support families in the perinatal phase. She is passionate about community work and initiatives that support families.
Sharifa is a nursery teacher and has been on board since the beginning. She is passionate about impacting young lives and is helping Parent Power to grow and expand its services.
Fiona owns a training company called Astute. She has been a trainer and also a Learning and Development Manager for over 25 years within various industries. She offers a Level 3 Award in Education and Training course that gives you the knowledge and skills to change your career and the qualification will allow you to enter the fulfilling world of training and education.
Hannah Zoé is an actress, facilitator, wellbeing practitioner and one of the Youth Advisory Leads. Following her Psychology BSc, she is now completing her Child Development MSc at UCL. She works in the Arts offering face-to-face support using evidence-based interventions. Her facilitation work with young people often combines psychology, wellbeing, and the arts.
Patricia qualified specialist, who provides daily support and advice for parents and new-borns. With over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health, supporting clients through substance misuse, domestic violence, prison rehabilitation and homelessness.
Samantha is a children's Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience. She has worked with children and young people with various conditions and disabilities in a variety of settings. Samantha is currently leading a team supporting visually and multisensory impaired children.
Naomi, a BSc Business Management and Marketing graduate, strategically shapes our service narratives. Whether launching new services or enhancing existing ones, Naomi’s creativity and adaptability drive impactful communication, elevating our brand and fostering customer engagement.
Josephine is a mother of 2 and an Operational Lead Nurse at the Greenwich health visiting service, with a background in Adult Nursing and Health Visiting.
Josephine says, "I agreed to be an Advisor with Parent Power because, as a mother and someone who works with children and families, I believe that empowering and working with parent to bring up their children, is the bedrock of a thriving society."
Michelle is a Chartered MCIPD professional by background, supporting individuals to fulfil their potential is what she has built her career upon. She now runs her own coaching and hypnotherapy business, holding the space to support individuals to develop, grow and achieve their dreams and goals.
Michelle says "As a resident of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, it’s a real privilege to be a Trustee at Parent Power. Being able to contribute, in some small way to the organisation’s ethos to support a flourishing community, is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. I’m really excited to see the organisation and its impact grow even more."
Naomi is a mother of three. Naomi worked in property management for over nine years, and since having children, she has been supporting parents within the community with Parent Power. Naomi finds volunteering immensely rewarding.
Naomi says, "One of the most meaningful parts of this experience has been connecting with parents and caregivers with Bianca encouraging me to take the lead through creating activities, workshops, peer support groups and one-on-one mentoring and public speaking.
Beyond volunteering, this role has inspired me and given me great confidence to pursue my own growth."
Samantha is passionate about helping people with barriers, and strive to support, encourage and motivate them to become the best they can be.
Samantha says "My passion has been also to help people who have been connected to the criminal justice system, with 18 years experience helping people in prisons and in probation to improve their employability and career goals to enhance their resettlement and life overall."
Folake is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years experience of providing accounting and tax support to individuals, small businesses and charities within the UK.
Montana is a Youth Champion. She feels very passionate about helping the people around me.
Montana says "As an only child, I focus a lot of my time and energy on building friendships. Fortunately, I have great friends who encourage me and have set me on the right path, but there are young people out there that fall into the wrong crowd and surround themselves with negative influences. I care about helping my peers find an environment that is positive for young people to thrive in and building long-lasting friendships with other young people that share the same positive outlooks on life. This is why I became a Youth Champion for the Thrive Youth Forum, because I believe that the actions we take will make all the difference to better people's lives!"
