parenting & coaching: paid for

Parenting and Coaching Services

Triple P Group

Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) is aimed at equipping parents with the skills and confidence they need to be self-sufficient and to manage family issues independently, without external support. The programme draws on social learning, cognitive behavioural and developmental theory as well as research into risk factors associated with the development of social and behavioural problems in children.

Triple P Teen

The Triple P Teen (Positive Parenting Programme for Teens) teaches parents about:

  • the factors which influence teenage behaviour
  • how to develop a positive relationship with your teenager
  • how to encourage appropriate behaviour
  • coaching teens to develop problem-solving skills
  • managing problematic behaviour
  • negotiating family rules
  • dealing with emotional behaviour
  • preparing for new or risky situations

Positive Parenting

The Positive Parenting Programme teaches parents about the importance of parental self-care as a foundation for building positive relationships and promoting positive reinforcement of good behaviour.

Parent Coaching

Parent Coaching helps parents to utilise their inner strengths and capabilities to improve their parenting capacity. With the support of a coach, parents will identify their aspirations and set meaningful goals to achieve this.
